Printing & Embroidery
We are currently offering a free design service for our Vinyl Printing on certain designs. If you have a club badge or sponsor logo you would like created then please email doug@klubkits.com with your design.
We can undertake most types of Print job in one form or another. The most common type of printing that we do is Vinyl Printing.
This is the same type of printing that is used for applying numbers and names onto the back of shirts. We are able to cut your print to your design and apply it to the front of your Clothing. There is very little that we cannot print on.
If your design is more complicated and has more than one colour or includes shading. Then we can produce this via a Transfer. This however, does tend to me slightly more expensive.
Sometimes Companies will ask for Pantone Colour Matches as this is part of their Corporate identity. This is also possible, but once again it can be more expensive and creates longer lead times especially in the Summer months.
We are also able to offer Embroidery as part of our service. If you already have an embroidery file with your Club crest then please send it to us via email for a quote. If you do not have the file then a Scan or hard copy would be fine. Please note that you will incur a set up fee for embroidery crests that need to be set up.
We are currently offering a Flat Rate price of £25 inc VAT for any Embroidery Set Up regardless of the stitch count. Please note that there is no set up charge for just text. Please email your design to doug@klubkits.com.
Sponsor Logos are ideally to be sent to us in a Vector image or EPS file. These can be drawn in programs such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Please note that images which are not linear and are in fact pixelated are of no use. These are such files as JPEGs, Bitmaps and Tiffs. These images lose their focus when increased in size and are of no use. If you do not have a Vector image file we will have to redraw the image. As long as this takes less than half an hour no fee will be charged. If it does we charge £20 plus VAT per half hour. However, most images can be drawn in this time and it is usually the more complicated ones that take longer.
Please also be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to have your Sponsor Logo on the front of your shirts. For instance if it is a Kit for a Under 18's team they cannot be sponsored by a Public House.

Embroidery POA
*200 Square Centimetres is the maximum the English Football Association will allow. All other Sports such as Rugby, Cricket and Hockey have different guidelines. These are sometimes determined by the County Constituent body. Please check with these bodies what you are allowed to print.
